Job Description

• Develop and implement pricing strategies and initiatives across various categories and brands.
• Create automated pricing processes and tools, collaborating with science and tech teams to define requirements, roadmaps, and implement scalable pricing solutions.
• Oversee the development of automated and scalable data solutions, metrics, reports, and analyses to support key business decisions and reporting.
• Launch real-time tests and evaluate the impact of pricing and promotion strategies on sales, profitability, and product rankings.
• Analyse and optimise the performance of Amazon's algorithm for all product lines.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for the leadership team, including the CCO and CEO.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience in pricing or a strong analytical and commercial background with a hands-on approach.
• Proven product management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA automation, and strong knowledge of SQL; additional programming experience is a plus.
• Experience working with large structured and semi-structured datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, driven by high intrinsic motivation.
