Presentation Designer (US Wealth Management, Office Based)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (10PM - 7AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Proven experience designing presentations with proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable and experienced using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, professional design.
• Strong knowledge ADA and WCAG compliance for accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in a client-facing environment is a plus.
• A portfolio highlighting presentation design work is highly desirable.

What will you do?

• Update and maintain PowerPoint decks to ensure consistency with branding guidelines, including colors, fonts, and logo usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize slides for client presentations, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design elements align with overall branding guidelines.
• Ensure final presentation decks are polished and ready for client meetings.
• Manage multiple presentation projects and deadlines efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
