We’re on the lookout for a Prepress Graphic Artist to join our creative and fast-paced team. If you’ve got an eye for detail, advanced Illustrator skills, and love turning client briefs into print-ready artwork, we want to hear from you!
Location: Must live within 30 minutes of our Angeles City office or be willing to relocate to Angeles City while employed.

What You’ll Do
- Apply advanced to expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite to produce polished, print-ready artwork files.
- Review and verify artwork details and key information for Pad, Screen, and Digital jobs to ensure they meet production requirements.
- Use the internal system to access assigned tasks and retrieve artwork for processing.
- For Screen jobs, apply preset templates and carefully place the artwork, ensuring both the design and its placement in the template meet requirements. Make necessary adjustments such as modifying line thickness and spacing.
- For Pad printing, follow specific processes for artwork layout and adjustments according to production standards, using preset templates where applicable.
- For Digital jobs, follow all required artwork specifications, including modifying fine details when necessary. Customize the base artwork if required and ensure awareness of which artworks can and cannot be processed. Use the correct jigs for each product and have a clear understanding of artwork orientation when placing it on the jig, especially for items with multiple artwork positions.
- Check for and correct any missing elements, incorrect details in Internal Artwork Files, verify job numbers, and ensure artwork accuracy before moving forward.
- Perform colour separation for multi-colour artworks, ensuring proper registration and precision.
- Apply knowledge of bleed and trapping to prepare files correctly for production.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, double-checking all work to meet quality and brand standards to help prevent production delays.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify artwork specifications and promptly resolve any issues.
- Manage tasks efficiently and follow established Prepress workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in all Prepress tasks.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with team members.
- Adapts to changes in job requirements or schedules with a positive attitude.
- Stays reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance.
- Handles tight deadlines calmly and maintains focus during high workloads.
- Works with minimal supervision while ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Initial Online Training:
- Training is conducted online for several weeks.
- You will work under supervision until the Prepress Coordinator approves you to work more independently.
- After online training, you will work in the company's Angeles City office for about 3 to 6 months. Probation period is 6 months.
- You'll continue receiving support and hands-on training during this period.
- After you have successfully completed training and received approval, you'll be able to switch to working from home (remote work).
- You'll still have full support from your team, even while working remotely.
- Even when working remotely, you must live within 30 minutes of the Angeles City office.
