Job Summary: We are seeking a Dynamic Presales Engineer (Presales Technical Support Engineer) to Join our Team, Specializing in Brocade or Similar Network and/or Security Technologies. As a Presales Engineer, you will be Responsible for Providing Technical Expertise and Support to both our Sales Team(s) and Customer(s). You will Collaborate with Customer(s) to Understand their Technical Requirement(s) and Provide Network and/or Security-Based Solution(s) that would Meet their Demand(s). You will Stay Updated with the Latest Technologies and Industry Trend(s) to provide the Best Possible Solution(s) to our Customer(s), Client(s), and Partner(s). Occasionally, your Support Skill may Expand by Supporting more Vendor(s), Enhancing your Expertise and Capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Expertise and Support to both our Sales Team(s) and Customer(s), Collaborate with Customer(s) to Understand their Technical Requirement(s) and Provide Network and/or Security-Based Solution(s) that would Meet their Demand(s) - Prepare the BOM (Build of Material(s)), Design, or Complete Solution, Stay Updated with the Latest Technologies and Industry Trend(s) to provide the Best Possible Solution(s) to our Customer(s), Support Other Vendor(s) and Partner(s) Occasionally to Enhance Technical Expertise and Capabilities

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field(s) - 1 Year(s) of Related Experience in a Similar Environment is Required
• Previous Experience in Presales Engineering preferably with a Focus on Network and Security Solution(s), Strong Understanding of Networking Concept(s) and Protocol(s) Including TCP/IP, VLAN(S), Routing, and Switching, Knowledge and/or Experience with Brocade Networking Product(s) and Solution(s) is Highly Desirable but Not Required
• Strong English Communication (Oral and Written) and Presentation Skills with the Ability to Explain Technical Concept(s) to Non-Technical Audience(s), Strong Problem Solving Skills and the Ability to Think Creatively to Develop Innovative Solution(s)
