CGI is looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant to become a key member of our Microsoft Solutions practice to design, estimate, present, and deliver technical solutions with clean, well-organized, and expressive code. CGI is looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant to become a key member of our Microsoft Solutions practice to design, estimate, present, and deliver technical solutions with clean, well-organized, and expressive code. Deliver implementation, customization, and configuration to CGI’s customer base. The member will work with our clients to understand their business needs and help deliver value using Power Platform technology.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with our clients through transparency, organization, and communication
- Deliver high quality, well-tested code using SOLID design principals and enterprise design patterns within a given project timeline
- Ability to manage customer conversations and drive technical solutions with technical and non-technical customers
- Work with clients to participate in shaping technical architecture and define project requirements to address their specific business needs
- Design, develop, and document solutions to meet technical requirements
- Delegate development work to other team members as needed and oversee that the build is done according to standards and timeline
- Stay up to date on new Power Platform features/releases/products
- Participate in the solution development, implementation, and project closeout at customer sites when needed
- Discover, document, and analyze key processes
- Build reports and dashboards, as needed, to gauge project success
- Provide training on new customizations or new implementations to customers
- May work on concurrent projects at various stages in their life cycle
- Can effectively manage customer expectations and communicate status updates of projects to stakeholders
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (primarily Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Must have 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics Customer Engagement/CRM development
- Knowledge and experience with developing Model drive and Canvas apps as well as an understanding of the difference between them
- Familiar with Power Platform COE and all governance components
- Familiarity and understanding of Power Platform licensing structure, plans, and the costs associated
- Familiar with Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools
- Ability and experience working in Agile project delivery
- Familiarity with Azure logic apps and Azure functions
- Ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resources
- Ability to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities
- Good client-facing skills e.g. verbal, client demonstrations, delivering training within an organization
- Must be comfortable working 3 days a week onsite in Taguig on a mid and night-shift schedule.
