As a Portfolio Data Assistant will be a member of the Investments team. This role will support the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.

As a Portfolio Data Assistant will be a member of the Investments team. This role will support the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.
- Enter billing settings for new accounts
- Set up held away and consolidated billing
- Enter missing data from custodian downloads
- Create new accounts in Orion
- Initiate termination of investment services process
- Provide support for special projects, as needed
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using and strong competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented and problem solving
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Flexible work schedule when experiencing high volumes
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion without immediate supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
