- Market Forecasting: Analyze historical and current market, prescription and other related data to support pharmaceutical market forecasting exercise; provide baseline forecast on standard fields (segment/subsegment/splits) to Portfolio Management Heads
- Data Management & Analytics: Maintain and update pharmaceutical market databases (IQVIA, IQVIA Plus, New Products, etc), ensuring data integrity and accuracy; Prepare, generate, and present regular and special data analytics reports to internal clients using data mining techniques and statistical tools
- Corporate Reporting & Publication: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide insights into market performance, sales trends, forecasts and other corporate reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in data analysis, market research, or related areas are a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in market forecasting, database management, and data analytics is highly desirable.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data management and analysis tools, with experience in application of Artificial Intelligence is an advantage.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market data sources and tools (e.g., IQVIA, IMS Health) is a plus.
- Advanced statistical techniques and data mining skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
