Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain or IT related graduate
• Proficient in MS Office (preferably with Excel & Macro App experience)
• 2years experience, preferably in multinational environment
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated and methodical
• Good analytical Skills
• Preferably with QAD Planning Experiences
• Regular employee and must be at least 2years on present job
• No major disciplinary action record for the past 12 months
• Fully competent rating in the most recent performance appraisal STEP

Position Key Functions

• Support in generation and maintenance of Purchasing system data(SRM/AS400, SAP, BPM Portal, MDM, ESDB/QAD/SQTS)

• Supplier enrollment, modification and maintenance (supplier set up)

• Support the material administrative function/task

- QN package supporting evidence data preparation

• Waterfall analysis preparation

• MOQ Alignment (SRM-QAD recon)

• Daily critical list

• ASN & OTD Compliance Tracking

• Product lead time tracking

• SPOT Buy POs Issuance

• Ad-hoc reporting request (inventory, customer EDI changes, etc)

• Supplier Open Order Book confirmations compared to Lear Demand

• Sending mass notifications/surveys to the supply base

• Reports to Global counterparts ( Global Managers, Directors)
