• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English
• Must have working knowledge in MS Excel
• Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and deliver effective resolutions to customers
• Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
• A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs
• Experience, proficiency and comfort in communicating and working effectively
• A sense of autonomy, initiative and responsibility
• A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
• Quality oriented strategy
• Proficiency to follow and write process documentation
• Amenable to work on mid-shift and BU RTO requirement.
  
  

Job Description

• Act as primary contact for leadership inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Lead/ Manager.
• Profound experience on Portfolio and Project Management
• Working experience in Project Financial Management support such as Reporting and Analysis, Monthly Closing, Budget Management, Resource Plan, Cost Plan Analysis, Reconciliation
• Provide PMO support such as Status Reporting, Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, etc.
• Attend leadership meetings and discuss status
• Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the client
• Spearhead/Initiate improvements and share best practices
• Willingness to work on flexible shift as required by the team
