Plant Administration and Compliance Manager

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including ensuring availability of office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive working environment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for production activities to align with manufacturing goals and plant output targets.
  • Implement and manage health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Liaise with HR to support onboarding and training of plant personnel.
  • Supervise accurate payroll and manage attendance records in coordination with finance and HR teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, inspections, compliance records, and audit materials.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Support internal and external audits and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies.
  • Organize employee events and engagement activities to support a healthy and positive plant culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4-6 years experience in plant administration, operations, or compliance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and industrial regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving administrative efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled in the use of Planning systems, compliance software, and MS Office tools.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
