- Oversee daily administrative operations, including ensuring availability of office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive working environment.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for production activities to align with manufacturing goals and plant output targets.
- Implement and manage health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Liaise with HR to support onboarding and training of plant personnel.
- Supervise accurate payroll and manage attendance records in coordination with finance and HR teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, inspections, compliance records, and audit materials.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Support internal and external audits and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies.
- Organize employee events and engagement activities to support a healthy and positive plant culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-6 years experience in plant administration, operations, or compliance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and industrial regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving administrative efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Skilled in the use of Planning systems, compliance software, and MS Office tools.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
