Preferred Background
- At least 5 years experience from small developers firms
- Background in surveys, zoning, LGU coordination
- Experience in planning and design, concept planning, and development (early stages of construction)
- Draw up initial masterplan and preliminary data sheet for financial study.
- Prepare conceptual plans and images for board approval and marketing collaterals.
- Lead in design coordination.
- Review and complete all plans for permit requirements.
- Develop the Bill of Materials.
- Review schematics, standardize specs and finishes.
- Identify Engineering Studies (TDDs) required for the project.
- Engage Design and Technical Consultants.
- Define engineering criteria and terms of reference for each project stage.
- Work closely with project engineers in evaluating specifications during value engineering.
- Evaluate existing design standards and check the implementation of approved FCD.
- Lead the EGD, common area ID, and Landscape Design for the project.
- Attend weekly management and technical meetings with the contractor and prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Prepare a monthly progress report to the GM and President.
- Deliver project on time, within budget, and agreed quality standards.
- Educational background: BS Architecture
- Professional & industry experience: Real Estate-commercial project development
- Licenses and accreditations: Licensed Architect
- Professional/Administrative skills: Has handled a design team
- Computer literacy: Sketchup, Autocad, MS Project
