Your Role:

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD, Inentor, Solidwoks or BIM software.

• Interpret design briefs, engineering specifications into detailed drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to refine designs.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback, site changes, or client requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing registers and documentation for projects.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, renders, and technical documentation for clients or approvals.
• Identify potential design or construction issues early and flag them for review.
• Liaise with engineering team to incorporate product specifications into designs.
• Support the project team with any drawing-related queries during submission.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Analyze tender documents and identify risks, exclusions, and opportunities.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.Develop bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
• Track and update cost databases and historical pricing records.
  
  

What You Need:

• Candidate should 2-3 years experience in drafting and estimating
• Knowledgeable with AutoCad and Solidworks
• Has prior experience with steel fabrication or pipeline
