Physical Therapist Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Virtual Assistant to join our team at ELITE This is a full-time role based in Manila, Philippines. In this position, you will play a crucial part in supporting our physiotherapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation services, providing remote assistance to our experienced in-clinic therapists.

What you'll be doing

• Documenting patient progress and updating electronic medical records
• Communicating with patients, caregivers and the in-clinic therapy team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of virtual therapy resources and tools
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our virtual care offerings

What we're looking for

• Qualified physiotherapist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and the clinical team
• Strong proficiency in using video conferencing and telehealth technologies
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced virtual environment
• Exceptional documentation and record-keeping skills
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality, patient-centred virtual rehabilitation services
