Overview of the job

This is a non-management role which you will play an important role in end-to-end purchasing. You will work on a specific spend pool and engage with internal and external stakeholders. You will be accountable for the delivery of fundamentals such as supply assurance, value creation, and compliance to policies.

Your team

You will work with a group of highly diverse individuals and report to the department leader.

How Success Looks Like

• Understand existing tool and solution available to perform work following standard work process efficiently
• Effectively internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
• Facilitate seamless execution of end-to-end sourcing
• Operates independently to consistently deliver high quality results
  
  

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Create sourcing recommendations, contracts, pricing, procurement and/or payments, analysis, and governance.
• Interface with different teams to support requests and help resolve issues
• Performs trend analysis for key measures and drives continual improvement in standard work processes.
• Be accountable for delivery of fundamentals such as supply assurance, value creation, and compliance to policies.
  
  

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Purchasing experience preferred
• In addition to good knowledge of English, we also look for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and customers
