Work experience in other customer service industries is an advantage
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Open to varying work schedules
Work Locations:
- Ensures proper grouping, arrangement, and level of displays
- Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
- Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out
- Monitors Deliveries of Merchandise in the branch
- Handles customer inquiries and minor complaints for immediate action and solution and elevates major issues to Store-in-Charge
- Provides excellent customer service at all times
