Position: Account Manager (with Marketing Technology experience)

Working Hours: 9am-6pm PST (6hrs overlap between 10am-4am PST)

Salary Range: 6000-8000 USD

Ideal candidate: consultant-level expertise in marketing tech, able to re-engineer client tech stacks, set up platform / implementations

Role Responsibilities

• Must understand REST APIs and read API documentation
• Overseeing client relationships and providing a customer-centric experience.
• Ingesting client ticket requests and creating plans for their fulfillment.
• Reviewing team members' work before it's returned to clients to ensure correct ticket execution.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed.
• Delivering updates and communications to clients.
• Completing client tickets related to technical research and investigative analysis on various technical integrations and setups to resolve issues related to reporting, tracking, functionality, etc. (Usually in GoHighLevel, Hasoffers, WeCanTrack, Klaviyo, Sticky.io, WordPress, Membermouse, Shopify, etc.).
• Adjusting visual web editors for UI, UX, and design requests as needed (Wix, Shopify, WordPress/Elementor, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Optimizing email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign, Klaviyo, and Maropost, sometimes involving copy and email design, etc.
• Invoicing clients.
• Managing the resource allocation of other specialist staff members to ensure tickets are completed on time.
• Reporting on the performance of certain clients.
• Overseeing individual projects for clients and being the voice of clients.
• Defining timelines and managing the requirements of individual projects.
• Developing Looms, SOPs, and live instructional walkthroughs of platforms to assist both clients and internal team members with various processes and new platforms.
• Defining, developing, and improving processes based on a continuous improvement cycle.
• Performing business-related tasks as required.
• Ability to set up platforms from scratch for new clients after brief conversations Implement solutions that allow clients to scale and quadruple in size
  
  

Requirements

• at least 3 years of experience in a relevant customer/client-facing role.
• Proficient in sticky.io, Salesforce, REST APIs, affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Tune, HasOffers)
• Above average to excellent English communication and writing skills
• Engineering background (software/manufacturing) is a strong plus
