Your Opportunity:

As a Content Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of quality- checked transcripts, enabling our research team to leverage them in the creation of comprehensive company profiles.

Your Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a group of freelance editors, conducting thorough quality checks and providing feedback to align their output with Dedale’s content standards and guidelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Project Manager and editors, ensuring smooth communication and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Oversee content organization and updates, refining team workflows for optimal productivity and resource use.
  • Allocate transcripts to freelance editors, ensuring alignment with deadlines and meeting analysts' expectations while respecting the flexibility of freelance roles.
  • Ensure fast-track transcripts are prioritized and completed on time, optimizing speed without compromising quality.
  • Optimize costs by carefully balancing fast-track and regular transcript requests, prioritizing regular timelines whenever possible to reduce expenses associated with fast-track requests.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team Associate to review transcripts for defamatory content and build a streamlined review process to manage risks and maintain quality.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; a focus on writing, communications, or management is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing projects or leading remote teams effectively
  • Previous content writing, editing, or quality assurance experience
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly and professionally conveying ideas
  • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues in content quality or team workflows and propose effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
