PetTransPRO Philippines specializes in international pet relocation, helping pet owners safely transport their pets around the globe. We’re looking for a compassionate and organized Pet Travel Consultant to assist clients through every step of the travel planning process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey for both pets and their owners.

Role Summary:

As a Pet Travel Consultant, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, coordinating travel schedules, and guiding pet owners through the necessary logistics and documentation for international pet relocation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Attend to client inquiries across multiple channels, including Facebook, email, WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, and phone calls.
• Plan and coordinate pet travel schedules alongside pet owners, similar to a travel agency role.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to reassure clients and address any questions or concerns.
• Gather required information from clients to ensure efficient and customized travel planning for each pet.
• Maintain accurate records of travel requirements, pet health documentation, and the status of ongoing relocations.

Required Experience:

• Familiarity with basic computer operations and typing.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Passion for animals and familiarity with various pet breeds.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple communication platforms.
• Fast typing ability.
• Empathy toward pets and sensitivity to the needs of pet owners.

Knowledge and Learning Requirements:

• Competency in basic computer skills for efficient handling of inquiries and records.
• Familiarity with pet breeds and willingness to learn international travel policies and logistics.
• Interest in learning about quarantine and health requirements for pet relocation.

Work Environment:

• This role is based in Cainta, Rizal.
• Flexibility to work schedules between 10 am - 7 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm.
