The Personal Assistant & Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and overseeing general office operations. This role requires someonewho thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail,and maintainsa high level of urgency & discretion.

Core Responsibilities
- Handle all personal requests made by CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee office operations and ensure a productive and organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless office functionality (be able to lift at least 30 lbs.)
- Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and executive offsites as needed.
- Handle personal errands, reservations, and ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
- Maintain an organized approach to managing the CEO’s personal and professional priorities.
- Handle all personal requests made by CEO.
