The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital acquisition ecosystem across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and web analytics. This is a full-time hybrid role for Philippine-based candidates, with once-a-week onsite reporting in BGC, Taguig under a proper local employment setup.
You’ll be joining a data-driven marketing team that thrives on experimentation, innovation, and measurable outcomes. If you love working across martech stacks, leading high-performing teams, and optimising campaigns end-to-end, this is an opportunity to make a real impact across global markets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage and optimise multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
Oversee audience targeting strategies, including first- and second-party data enrichment, cohort segmentation, and LTV modeling
Drive improvements in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, ensuring weekly implementation and strong local search visibility
Maintain high-performing dashboards and reporting tools using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms
Implement robust attribution frameworks, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis using server-side tagging and predictive analytics
Manage a team of digital marketers and developers, fostering continuous learning, innovation, and measurable ROI
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with strong expertise across paid media, SEO, and data analytics
Can build, manage, and scale campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
Are highly experienced in using analytics and tagging tools such as GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking
Know how to mine and interpret large datasets from CRM, ad platforms, and site analytics to improve conversions
Can lead a team, manage performance outcomes, and report on marketing ROI
Thrive in fast-paced, multi-market environments with a hands-on leadership style
Hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in digital marketing
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
Experience managing campaigns in international markets such as Australia, New Zealand, UK, or the US
Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and technical SEO optimisation
Experience using AI to accelerate campaign execution and testing
Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing tools
A passion for mentoring team members and building scalable marketing systems
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Hybrid setup: Remote work with once-a-week onsite reporting in BGC, Taguig
