Your Role:

We are looking for a People Technology Associate who can work effectively in a rapidly expanding work environment. The ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented, self-motivated team player, who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with exceptional customer service skills to come join us.

  • Maintain personnel records (201 files) and audit the onboarding documents vs Workday records.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and resolve missing data issues with manager, employee or HR POC.
  • Review for accuracy all data entry Workday transactions against source documents for accuracy to include typographical and numerical entered data.
  • Acts as an auditor on related HRIS transactions, ensuring business process steps are followed and approvals are timely worked on.
  • Provide support for any Workday enhancement request by performing smoke test and capturing issues
  • Researches and resolves concerns with minimum supervision based on experience and judgment.
  • Perform transaction “walkthroughs” in support of internal or external audit requests.
  • Communicate effectively to internal and external customers on Workday transaction procedures
  • Process Employee Verification requests
  • Other tasks and projects that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Experience: At least one (1) year or more of clerical office experience with complex job duties required.
  • HRIS database required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years or more of computer experience preferred
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Workday experience preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
