Role Overview
The People Solutions Supervisor oversees daily HR operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services. The supervisor also acts as a liaison between internal departments (like HR, Legal, and Compliance) and external partners to drive company-wide productivity and support.

The supervisor also acts as a liaison between internal departments (like HR, Legal, and Compliance) and external partners to drive company-wide productivity and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,
- With 35 years of relevant HR experience, particularly managing HRIS system.
- Strong team and individual work capabilities
- Broad understanding of HR functions and how they impact business operations
- Capable of identifying issues and implementing process improvements
- Experience in hiring, performance evaluation, and team development
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable in fast-paced, high-change environments with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience using ADP Payroll Systems
Customer Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide timely and high-quality support to internal/external stakeholders
- Foster positive working relationships and proactively address concerns
- Offer technical guidance and assistance to employees
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal policies
- Review and audit employee records and HR data for accuracy and compliance
- Identify and correct system data issues and errors
- Train, guide, and oversee People Solutions staff
- Communicate performance expectations and track team KPIs
- Escalate and resolve challenges impacting team productivity
- Support users with HR platforms (e.g., onboarding tools, Jobvite, ADP)
- Manage system access, permissions, and configurations for users
- Monitor data flow and integrity, responding to urgent needs and issues
