Responsibilities

  • Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in

production

  • Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets,

Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism)

  • Help outlier Team Members complete deliverables

related to compliance, learning, performance reviews,

etc.

  • Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams

channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member)

  • Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member

Experience

  • Provide assistance & leadership during crisis

management for business continuity purposes

  • Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards

are practiced at all times

  • Coordination and collaboration with support functions

as needed

Key Qualifications/Experience

2-6 years experience in the following

  • Operations management as a front-line employee & supervisory role
  • Employee engagement & experience
  • Customer service & client engagement
  • Collaboration with support functions such as IT, Admin Services, Training,

Facilities Management, etc.

  • Business Continuity
  • Leading a team of 20 people or greater in the operations
