Job Description
- Support regional and local organizational development projects through data collection, analysis, and presentation building.
- Assist in streamlining HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update HR records and policies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and track billing records to ensure timely settlements.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks related to data governance, automation, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support, HR, or data management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data analysis tools, and HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
