In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee and manage all service mailboxes, accurately assigning work orders received via service boxes and ticketing tools to the appropriate service request owners.
- Respond to first-level user inquiries for system accessibility, navigation, and general documents of record within the various HR tools and systems (i.e., Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, ADP Global View, ADP, Dayforce, Equifax, ADP Smart Compliance, etc.).
- Create and manage usernames and passwords for new Oracle EBS users.
- Distribute organizational announcements, customer communications, and maintenance notifications to all Emerson Business Unit contacts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the Shared Services industry, preferably with a focus on HR processes.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Experience in using HR tools and systems and/or service desk ticketing tools is a plus.
