Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a talented and professional People & Culture Officer to join our team in Manila.
The right candidate shall be passionate in managing important documentations with great attention to detail and high regard in safe keeping confidential information. The People & Culture Officer is expected to maintain strong relationships with all colleagues while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a talented and professional People & Culture Officer to join our team in Manila.
The right candidate shall be passionate in managing important documentations with great attention to detail and high regard in safe keeping confidential information. The People & Culture Officer is expected to maintain strong relationships with all colleagues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
The tasks you'll perform
- Manages confidential information relevant to employee lifecycle.
- Manages end-to-end recruitment process from monitoring of Job Boards, sourcing, interviewing and preparing job offers to successful candidates.
- Accurate filing of all documentations in the company approved system.
- Assisting in the offboarding of resigned/terminated staff including sending out of Cessation notice, assisting in the clearance.
- Register and file all documentation in accordance with the company approved procedures.
- Proactively support other team members as required to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Provide proper induction of new hires and completion of onboarding requirements such as pre-employment requirements, sending out of notice of commencements, enrolment of bank payroll account, HMO enrolment, work desk and office equipment requests, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations gained within an international company.
- Hands-on experience in managing & maintaining accurate employee data within an HRIS system is beneficial.
- Highly organised, able to work autonomously, and have a solutions-focused mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication to a business/academic standard in English, additional languages beneficial
