- Proven Leadership: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and team development.
- Strategic Direction: Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and lead a People Operations team.
- Team Building & Development: Experience in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Performance Management & Coaching: Ability to set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and coach team members.
- Culture Champion: Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement aligned with our Beliefs, Mission, Vision, and business goals.
- Process Optimization & Standardization: Proven ability to identify, analyze, optimize, and standardize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Ability to utilize technology to automate and streamline HR operations.
- Continuous Improvement Expertise: Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
- Data-Driven Insights: Experience generating and analyzing HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Confidentiality & Data Management: Experience managing employee records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Employee Experience Advocacy: Commitment to ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience across all HR touchpoints.
- Feedback Analysis & Improvement: Ability to monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Experience acting as a point of escalation for complex HR operational issues.
- Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Project Management & Execution: Experienced in leading, managing, and developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Minimum Educational Attainment: University degree, preferably Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, or relevant courses.
