Job Summary:
The Probe CX People Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs. This role ensures that employees understand and can access their benefits, assists with the enrolment process, and resolves any benefits-related issues. The Specialist supports the administration of health insurance, life insurance, government mandated benefits, loans, and other related benefits, providing vital support to employees and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
The core responsibility of this position will serve as a professional bridge, ensuring that organisational policies and procedures are effectively communicated to all staff members, vendor partners, government parties and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Assist employees on a day-to-day inquiries or concern related to benefits;
Responsible for supervising permits and licenses unit overseeing permits, clearances and licenses from various government offices relative to company’s development projects;
Facilitate and ensure coordination between concerned government agencies and Probe CX (company) on relevant matters in relation to compliances;
Secure clearances from various government agencies for purposes of conducting due diligence for the company and its entities;
Collate and prepare the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications in relation to company compliances
Benefits Program Management:
Manage the administration of employee compensation, including company initiated benefits and government benefits. They ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and alignment with labor laws in relation to pay processing
Conducts strategic planning involves analyzing internal talent gaps and planning initiatives related to benefits to help the organization meet its short—and long-term goals
Recommends employee benefit programs by promoting, evaluating current employee benefits program of the company
Conduct benchmarking surveys of compensation and benefits to similar industries, as well to other industries
Provides benefit orientations to employees
Enroll employees upon entitlement HMO and cancel employee’s membership after separation from the company
Evaluates proposed employee benefit contracts by studying provisions, estimating impact
Assist employees in filing SSS, HDMF Loan, and all other related and deferred benefit claims
Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for HMO and maintains statistical data relative to premiums, claims, and costs. Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives
Implement new benefit programs; arranges and conducts employee information presentations and enrolments
Determines employee benefit interests by conducting employee surveys; forming focus groups; analyzing responses
Introduce new programs to improve the mental and physical well-being of employers.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Maintains employee confidence and secures HR data / files / information by keeping information confidential
Participates in HR meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Perform other HR duties or special projects as assigned by the direct lead
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and other relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information.
Maintain and update employee benefits records in the systems and ensure accurate data entry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in benefits administration
Knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable laws and regulations.
Good communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good customer service skills
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Amenable to work onsite in The Curve, BGC, Taguig
