Your Role

As a People and Partnership Specialist, you will:

• Reports directly to Senior Client Experience Manager/Client Experience Manager who handles a specific account.
• Responsible in tracking all action items of the Client Experience Team and check it's completion on a day to day basis
• Responsible in providing feedback to the Senior Client Experience Manager/Client Experience manager on the completion of each tasks of the CE AMs.
• Responsible in creating reports for the day to day Operations including Attendance, Action Items, Minutes of the Meeting Agreements, Open Items of other departments
• Responsible in handling administrative tasks of all Operations Leads supported
• All other tasks as assigned.
  
  

What You Need:

• Graduate of 4-year course
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
