People Analytics and AI Lead

What You’ll Do:

People Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards and deliver insights using Power BI, Tableau, or Visier.
• Analyze workforce data to uncover trends in attrition, engagement, and productivity.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

?? AI Integration in PG

• Identify and implement AI tools to enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
• Partner with PG and IT to automate repetitive tasks and elevate the employee experience

Strategic PG Initiatives

• Support workforce planning and talent strategies through predictive analytics
• Align PG metrics with business goals in collaboration with leadership

Change Management & Training

• Build analytics capabilities across PG teams.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through training and change enablement.
• Act as an internal consultant on AI and analytics best practices.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or tech industry preffered.
• Advanced skills in:
• Data analysis & storytelling
• Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• HR compliance & core HR functions (recruitment, performance, L&D, engagement)
• Change management & project management.
• Tech-savviness and learning agility.
• Collaboration and attention to detail
