PEGA Platform Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in the Pega Platform to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring scalable enterprise applications to support key business processes and requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-performing Pega-based solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure applications using Pega Platform to address business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Implement and customize Pega applications following development best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust and error-free applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies as part of the software development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features of the Pega platform and related technologies to continually enhance development efforts.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Pega Platform development (case types, flows, data models, UI, activities, decision rules).
• Experience in implementing Pega features such as case management, integrations, and business rules.
• Solid understanding of Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), jQuery, and HTML.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development lifecycle practices.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and working experience with SQL.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Pega CSA/ CSSA Certification.
• Experience in integrating Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP services.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks and responsive design.
