Education:

Bachelor of Laws

Experience:

1 year relevant experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative/corporate/legal/judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings, and other related disciplines

Training:

4 hours training in one or a combination of the following: MCLE, CPD, administrative/corporate/legal proceedings or relevant training

Eligibility:

RA 1080 (BAR)

Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities

Note:
  • Applicant must meet the citizenship requirement provided in Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circulars No. 23, s. 2016 and 8, s. 2017.

  • Copy of duly signed Position Description Form (for government employees) or Certificate of Employment with detailed duties and responsibilities;
  • Copy of updated Service Record (for government employees);
  • Certified True Copy of performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  • Copy of Eligibility - rating or license or certificate of admission to the Bar or certificate of eligibility or eligibility card [original copy, authenticated copy, certified true copy, photocopy, scanned copy, or site/screen capture of the eligibility using the Civil Service Eligibility Verification System (CSEVS), Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), or Supreme Court of the Philippines (SC) Lawyer's List; and
  • Copies of Certificates of Training/Seminars attended
Once shortlisted for the position, the PCC Human Capital Management Division will request a certification on the following:
  • Scholastic performance
    • Certificate of General Weighted Average (or any document showing the GWA)
    • Certificate of units earned for any ongoing Masters Degree/Doctorate Degree (if applicable)
    • Certificate of awards received/designation as office in official school groups or association (if applicable)
  • Office Performance Appraisal/Rating for the latest period (if applicable)
  • Outstanding Accomplishment (if applicable)
    • Post-Graduate Academic Performance (Honor Graduate, Academic Excellence Award, Bar/Board Exam Topnotcher)
    • Award or Recognition (National and/or Commission/Agency Level Award)
    • Innovation -covers initiatives relevant to the operations of the organization and does form part of the annual Work Financial Plan/Performance targets of the office, i.e., duly certified formulated guidelines or policies adopted by the organization or conceptualized and implemented projects adopted by the organization.
    • Publication/Authorship, Recognition or Citations-cover only those papers which are not part of Work Financial Plan/ Performance targets of the office and is relevant to PCC and/or to the position applied for (Sole authorship/co-authored a journal, magazine, book, etc. or Citations/Recognition for work or project undertaken.)
