SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• :Collaborate with other departments as required for process improvement
• sResolve complex customer service issues and problems utilizing expertise in payroll policies and law

• sUtilize advanced level of payroll knowledge and experience, creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problem
• sAssist Team Lead with the training and development of the payroll processor
