Do you know how to compute and explain taxes to employees?

Are you someone who can manage time and ensure that all deadlines are met?

When it comes to payroll, timeliness and organizational skills are of utmost importance, which is why Quantrics is looking for a fantastic Payroll Specialist. You will be responsible for supporting all the administrative aspects associated with payroll, particularly in a call center environment. Many of the tasks will also entail validating payroll documents and processing payouts while ensuring that all key payroll deadlines are met accordingly.

Responsibilities

You will have an opportunity to…

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the payroll
• Validate payroll files
• Process the monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts
• Process off-cycle increases
• Process adjustments and corrections, as required
• Ensure all payroll deadlines are met
• Payroll tasks, from onboarding to the termination process
• Ad-hoc tasks, as required
  
  

Qualifications

You will be a great fit on our team if…

• Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast-paced and stressful environment
• Outstanding written and in-person English communication
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
• 1 year payroll support experience will be an asset
• Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree
• Willing to work full-time, primarily daytime hours in a 24/7 operation (evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required, depending on peak periods)
