Payroll Specialist (Night-Shift)

Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: BGC, On-site

Schedule: Night Shift, Monday to Friday

Budget: up to 40,000 - 50,000

Were looking for someone with strong payroll experience whos comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for payroll applications, including configuration, maintenance, and updates
• Work with HR to enter new hires into ADP and ensure accurate payroll data
• Compile and input employee time and payroll information using Excel and ADP
• Double-check payroll details such as hours worked, deductions, and taxes before processing
• Process and release paychecks for mailing or delivery
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters
• Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports to managers and accounting
• Assist the Payroll Manager in improving payroll processes and practices
• Perform other related duties as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least three years of payroll experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using ADP is highly preferred
• Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to US-based workflows
