We are seeking a Payroll Data Analyst to join our Payroll team. We’re looking for someone with the vision, experience, and passion to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a drive to deliver accurate results for our management team and clients.

As Payroll Data Analyst, You Will…

• Audit Payroll System entries
• Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies
• Create and import bulk payroll entries
• Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries
• Create and deliver payroll financial management reports
• Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments)
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation
  
  

As Payroll Data Analyst, You Have…

• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance role
• Previous Payroll experience could be an asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving experience with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Quick learner, has an eager personality
