Location: Metro Manila

Your Role

As a Patient Support Specialist, you will:

  • Support patients through various conditions via email and phone communications
  • Work in rotational shifts to support various market regions
  • Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for improving processes, products, or services

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or similar industries (e.g., hospitality, email support, call center, retail)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone to suit different customer interactions
  • Natural team player with strong anticipation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with general computer skills; prior experience using customer service software, Mac, or Google Suite is a plus
  • Willingness to work mid to night shifts (2 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM), with no fixed weekends off
  • Passion or interest in healthcare and wellness

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience working in a healthcare company or related industry
  • Background in quality assurance and process improvement
  • Experience in handling English phone lines
