What You'll Do
Oversee inventory management of parts for automotive, construction, and agriculture equipment.
Coordinate service schedules and manage repair processes to ensure timely delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance service quality and retention.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
Train and mentor team members to improve operational efficiency.
Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on parts.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years experience in parts management within the automotive, construction and agriculture, or related industries.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making purposes.
