Description

  • Answers query and provide timely resolution on pending, unpaid and incomplete transaction thru call and email
  • Assists Operations Group on transaction request during offline/brown-out and system unavailability.
  • Assists Operations Group in coordinating pay out concerns with the other branch to ensure fast and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Handles update, storage and disposal of returned 24K card.
  • Prepares Certificate of Transaction as requested by Operations Group/external client
  • Updates Branch and Partner regularly on the status and action taken to resolve all issues and concerns.
  • Provides assistance to Partner and gives support in resolving complaints and fraud investigation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule (including graveyard shift)
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
