We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Virtual Bookkeeper to support administrative and bookkeeping tasks for a legal practice. The role includes posting transactions and performing bank and trust account reconciliations using MyCase attorney accounting.
Key Tasks:
- Post and categorize transactions in MyCase
- Perform bank and trust account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic admin tasks
- Organize digital financial documents
- Other tasks that the client needs assistance in virtual bookkeeping function
- Experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Familiarity with MyCase or legal accounting software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Remote
