- Podcast Outreach: Identify and research relevant podcasts on topics like speaking, confidence, and women's empowerment. Use the brand and speaker kit provided to initiate cold outreach to podcasters.
- Event Research: Research women’s events and conferences that align with our client's mission and offer speaking opportunities.
- Correspondence Management: Handle communication with podcast hosts and event organizers, manage responses, and schedule bookings on the calendar.
- Speaker Profile Management: List our client on various speaker platforms to increase visibility and secure more opportunities.
- Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling and maintaining an organized calendar of appearances and events.
- Potential Future Tasks: As our client grows, there may be opportunities to support her own podcast administration.
- Experience in Outreach and Research: Prior experience in researching opportunities and conducting outreach is essential, especially within the podcast or event space.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for successful outreach and correspondence.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of responses, bookings, and deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using online tools like Google Drive for document management, and familiar with communication platforms such as Zoom and WhatsApp.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Miro for project planning and whiteboarding would be advantageous, though not required.
