Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using ChatGPT.
- Accurately enter finalized notes into multiple platforms (3–5 systems).
- Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
- Organize and track notes using Airtable and other task management tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Part-time, flexible hours based on workload and deadlines.
