About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing Specialist to support our marketing, communications, and digital presence initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms, managing email communications, and supporting promotional efforts for company events. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical skill, marketing execution, and communication finessealong with the ability to manage projects independently and cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Communications and Email Marketing

  • Manage domain verification for email platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Pardot).
  • Maintain and execute regular customer communications (e.g., leadership announcements, holiday closures, retirements, pricing updates).
  • Support multilingual communication efforts, including French translations as needed.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics and propose improvements.


Event Marketing Support

  • Coordinate pre- and post-event promotions for the companys Annual Convention (October) and other events.
  • Assist in managing event-related email campaigns, social posts, and internal reminders.


Social Media and Web Presence

  • Develop and schedule regular social media content in line with company branding and marketing calendar.
  • Support ongoing website maintenance, content updates, and user experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Graphic Design for the social media posts.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with MailChimp, Pardot, or similar email marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and writing skills; French language proficiency is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with social media management tools and basic graphic or slide design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Express).
