Part-Time Email Builder

We're seeking an experienced Email Builder to join our marketing team part-time. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo.

What You'll Do

Build marketing emails in Klaviyo from Figma designs on a daily basis

• Slice and prepare assets from Figma
• Export and compress assets
• Upload assets to Klaviyo and send testing emails
• Maintain organized template and asset libraries in Klaviyo
• Ensure emails are responsive and look great on all devices
• Handle time-sensitive campaigns and promotional calendars
• Test emails thoroughly before deployment
• Work with our design team on asset specifications
• Implement tracking parameters and segmentation
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience with Klaviyo and Figma or Canva
• Design experience is a big plus
• Experience with image optimization for email
• Understanding of email client quirks and limitations
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Available during US business hours

• 15-20 hours per week
• Must be available during core US business hours
