Part Time - Data Encoder (Philippines Based) (Remote)

We are looking for a Part - Time Data Encoder who is responsible for inputting and maintaining data claims from customers with a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Input customer data, and account information, and encode it into a database or system from a specified source within a certain time frame.
• Log verified claims and ensure the data is accurate
• Update manual claims tracker to ensure that information is consistent with the system.
• Verifying data and looking out for errors/redundancy and correcting issues.
• Other data-related and / or back office administrative tasks
  
  
  

Skill And Qualifications

• Entry level with at least 1-year experience in Customer Service (interns are welcome)
• Intermediate communication and written skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Organized and process-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Freshdesk, Freshchat, Jira, and/or Clevertap is a plus but not required.
