Job Description
Qualifications
- Review and annotate medical documents, such as patient records, treatment plans, expense estimates, medical bills, and diagnostic imaging results.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of annotation requirements.
- Update data in our system to tell the medical history of the plaintiff.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is secure by adhering to relevant privacy laws.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- CPC/ AHIMA Certified
- At least 3 years of medical coding experience, preferably in E/M, HCC.
