Are you tech-savvy, organized, and love a mix of fieldwork and office tasks? We’re looking for a Property and Asset Management (PAM) Assistant & I.T. Support to join our team!
What You’ll Do
— Assist in managing property-related tasks & certifications
— Secure permits for our centers
— Maintain inventory and archive assets
— Provide basic I.T. support and troubleshooting
— Liaise with government agencies (50% fieldwork)
Qualifications
— Graduate of BS Computer Tech / I.T. / Industrial Eng’g or related courses
— 2+ years experience in property or I.T. support
— Background in networking, maintenance, and inventory
— Strong English communication skills
— Proficient in Microsoft Office and I.T. systems
— Detail-oriented, independent, and resourceful
— Preferably living in or near Quezon City
