Why this role exists
We're seeking a Paid Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads for our client's business and life insurance products through strategic paid social media campaigns. This role is crucial in expanding the client's digital presence and creating a consistent flow of high-quality leads through targeted social media advertising efforts.
The Impact you’ll make
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies focused specifically on business and life insurance leads
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns using platform-specific lead forms
- Manage campaign budgets and media buying effectively
- Design and optimize lead forms to capture essential contact details
- Implement strategic lead collection processes for business and life insurance prospects
- Ensure quality and completeness of lead information
- Create engaging ad assets using client-provided content
- Design high-converting social media advertisements
- Ensure brand consistency across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify opportunities for improved lead quality and quantity
- Implement data-driven optimizations for better lead-generation results
Required:
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns specifically for lead generation
- Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing lead forms across social media platforms
- Strong graphic design skills for creating compelling social media ad assets
- Experience with media buying and budget management
- Track record of generating and nurturing qualified leads through social platforms
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

- Monday to Friday, flexible working within CST business hours (Central Standard Time)

- $7 per hour
