What you'll be doing:

As a Package Development & Implementation Associate Manager – Base Business, you’ll be the key guardian of Avon’s inline product portfolio across the APAC region. You’ll lead the charge in ensuring business continuity, managing packaging development, and resolving technical challenges. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery. You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing tooling, managing packaging for Open Gate, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Implementing changes to existing products driven by regulatory, marketing, or operational needs

Leading business continuity plans aligned with Avon’s strategic priorities

Managing mold development and inline tooling across APAC

Partnering with suppliers to ensure timely and quality component delivery

Safeguarding product costs and escalating risks when needed

Maintaining accurate product data and resolving packaging issues

Delivering cost-saving and improvement projects

Coordinating packaging development for Open Gate and new vendors

Participating in supplier performance and inventory management reviews

What we're looking for:

Degree in Engineering or a related field

7–10 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in R&D, Supply Chain, or technical functions

Strong background in packaging development and molding technologies

Solid understanding of planning, sourcing, and manufacturing operations

Proven project and change management experience

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience working in international teams and influencing stakeholders

Knowledge of regional packaging suppliers and technologies

Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
