Outreach Coordinator – Medical Records Retrieval

Responsible in requesting and obtaining medical records from healthcare providers; while maintaining adequate production and quality levels through tracked metrics.
- Contact provider offices to request copies of medical records, focusing on tier one work allocations
- Identify and coordinate the method for record retrieval with provider offices
- Maintain professional and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval process
- Provide accurate and timely updates on the record retrieval status to the client(s)
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on the prevailing Performance Scorecards
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Perform any other job related duties that may be assigned by management
- College Graduate preferably Health Sciences
- MS Office Proficient
- Above Average English Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Critical Thinker
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
